What To Expect
In both new and older homes, the best way to ensure that you are well informed about the strengths and weaknesses of a property is to have a professional home inspection. At Quality Pro Home Inspections, Shawn helps you answer how serious the problems are, which must be immediately addressed, and which can wait. The more you know about the home, the more prepared you will be for negotiations.
Home Inspection Process
The average inspection takes 3-4 hours depending on the size, condition and age of the property. You are encouraged to be present for the inspection to receive a complete consultation and valuable orientation to the property and its systems. Shawn's inspection is a comprehensive, fair, and objective evaluation that is performed to ASHI standards.
