How long does an inspection take?
A standard inspection typically takes 3-4 hours, depending on the size, condition and age of the property.
Do I need to be present for the inspection?
You are encouraged to accompany me through the inspection process to receive a complete consultation and valuable orientation to the property and its systems. The inspection can identify non-functioning systems, damaged building components, safety issues and poor quality installations. Your understanding of the inspection findings is critical to my goal of providing the best customer service available.
What does the report cover?
Upon completion, you will receive a formal inspection report that details the condition of each item inspected. Digital photos of areas of concern are included in the report. The report consists of approximately 45-70 pages and can be sent by e-mail. View sample report.
What if I have questions after the inspection? Can I still contact you?
Yes! My goal is for you to be completely familiar with the home and our findings. Please reach out to me with any questions, anytime after the inspection.
